Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA / CPRA), to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

1. Your right to opt out

If you are a California resident, you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. "Sale" and "sharing" have specific meanings under the CCPA / CPRA, including disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2. Categories of personal information we collect

In the past twelve months we have collected the following categories: identifiers (name, email, IP, account ID), commercial information (purchases, plan selection), internet activity (pages viewed, referral, device), geolocation (approximate, derived from IP) and inferences (interests based on content viewed, with consent).

3. Categories disclosed for a business purpose

We disclose personal information to subprocessors that help us operate the service (hosting, payments, newsletter, analytics, security). These disclosures are limited to what each subprocessor needs to perform its function and are governed by data processing agreements.

4. Categories sold or shared

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. To the extent that the use of analytics and marketing pixels under consent could be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes under California law, you may opt out using the form below or by contacting us.

5. How to opt out

Send an email to contato@satoshishouse.com with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out" and include the email address associated with your account, the state you reside in (California) and a brief description of your request. We will process the request within forty-five days.

You can also revoke consent for analytics and marketing cookies at any time using the cookie banner.

6. How we verify your request

To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on file or to provide additional details we already hold. We do not require you to create an account to submit a request.

7. Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require written authorization and identity verification from both you and the agent.

8. Sensitive personal information

You also have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate opt-in, but you may submit a "Right to Limit" request using the same channel as above.

9. No retaliation

We will not deny services, charge different prices or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
